Functional Analyst

Provide customer support services to clients on an email-based helpdesk, making outbound calls, as necessary. Analyze customer business and technical issues. Research and propose solutions and work with end users to carry out those solutions. Respond to user questions, provide follow-up support within established timeframes, and use customer-approved template responses.

Education: Bachelors
Compensation: 2 year of experience
